And yet, it’s all a cycle, and this too shall pass.
This seems to be a time of loss for so many. Even the Earth, in the northern hemisphere, is closing down for the coming winter. Shutting down, covering up, going deep within. It feels dark and sad.
Yet, on the other side of the world, spring is awakening, new growth is happening, things are moving upward and outward.
It’s all a cycle in continuous motion. Every moment is a new moment, each one slightly different from the one before it. And we, with our ability to think and choose, can choose something different in every moment.
So, let hope soothe your heart. Do what is yours to do in each moment. Nurture yourself and your loved ones. Stay in appreciation of the good you have and stop focusing on what has been lost. Love is never really lost. It is always there…we just have to allow ourselves to remember it with love.
