Returns
IMPORTANT: Most of the products sold by Many Chapters – Wild Turkey Tree Shop are custom produced for us by a third-party to fill your order, therefore, they are not returnable, except in rare cases where there is damage caused by the manufacturer. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
A few of our suppliers may accept returns or exchanges but this is actually rare. To simplify things, we include the return policy in the product description of every item we sell. Please read the entire product description carefully.
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized; and 2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Many Chapters – Wild Turkey Tree Shop reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
To Return a Damaged Item
You must contact Many Chapters – Wild Turkey Tree Shop before returning any product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #.) Items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted by email within 10 days of the date you received the product.
If you notice any issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by sending an email to us: nan[at]manychapters.com. Your email should include:
- 1. Your order number
- 2. Description of the issue or damage in detail
- 3. Photos clearly showing the issue or damage
Once we approve the order return you should ship the item back to the return address on the original package and provide us with a tracking number. When we receive the tracking number (or once our supplier has received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
For packages lost in transit
All claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility as undeliverable. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable.)
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
How will [Covid-19] affect the delivery of my order?
Because most of our products are produced and shipped from third-party suppliers, fulfillment times may be longer than usual due to delays experienced in the supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. All parties are doing their best to deal with the challenges Covid-19 has caused and hopefully, things will be getting back to normal soon as the world gets vaccinated!

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper that has locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! We also work with other drop-shippers who are located in the US and Europe.
